Full description of the position

We are a B2B wholesaler for vape & smoke shop supplies and assorted accessories. We are currently looking to fill an inside sales position at our Addison fulfillment center. We are looking for energetic and detail orientated individuals to join our growing sales team.

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
• At least 2 years previous sales experience
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Some familiarity with CRM systems and practices (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• High school degree

Nice to haves but not required

• Cannabis, Wholesale or Vape Industry experience
• Experience using Hubspot CRM
• Experience in E-commerce based sales environment.
• Experience managing a book of over 20 accounts at a time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
