Job Description

As a solar sales setter, you are on the frontlines of lead generation and face to face interaction. Your primary duties will be knocking doors, setting appointments on the door, and obtaining general information on the specifics of the client. Your main goal is to present an alternative to replacing their current power bill with our clean renewable energy solutions.

Responsibilities

• Door to door lead generation and appointment setting
• Learn to operate company CRM
• Obtain and learn solar solutions and company practices
• Represent yourself and company in professional and esteemed manner

Compensation

100% commission based + company swag and gear

Daily and weekly incentives are earned based off performance

Average annual earnings 70k - 85k

Top performers average annual earnings 110k - 140k

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay
