Compass Truck Sales, LLC is seeking highly motivated Sales professionals to accelerate growth in our dealership.

These individuals will be responsible for meeting sales quotas, while providing the highest level of service to our customers.

Position Requirements:

- Any experience in trucking is a plus

- Driven to achieve sales quotas (competitive drive)

- Excellent customer service skill, willingness to go above and beyond

- Provide solutions to customers based on customer needs and requirements and company policies

- Monitor the trucking industry for the latest trends

- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Motivated and self-driven, have great attitude and ongoing personality

Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm+ Saturdays from 9am to noon (per schedule)

Second language fluency is a plus

Compensation: Base salary with commission

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
