We are a family owned Automotive Group that has been a dominant part of Chicago automobile retailing for over 90 years. The Steve Napleton Dealer Group is looking for Sales Associates for our Countryside MAZDA location! We offer a brand-new facility, excellent benefits, aggressive pay, and generous bonuses.

As a Sales Associate, you will receive training for certification from our Manufacturers as well as support and training from the in-store Management team. Most of our Managers have been grown in house from Sales Associates to Management and offer years of experience to guide you on your road to success.

Sales Associates have access to several lead generating sites as well as an advanced CRM tool to assist in producing sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain an expertise level of product knowledge for customer demonstration
  • Work the CRM tool for a high level of sales effectiveness
  • Assist customers in the completion of their applicable sales documents
  • Follow sales process as defined by management
  • Build a successful referral network
  • Complete Manufacturer specific training as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Quality customer service skills
  • Track record of success selling new cars with high CSI
  • Authorized to work in the US

We offer a competitive pay plan with weekly salary and monthly bonus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $65,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
