Now Hiring - Sales Associate in Chagrin Falls, OH

Sales Associate needed in Chagrin Falls on 1st shift working Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. Pay is based on experience, starting at $23 an hour and up.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Sales Specialist is responsible for building relationships with individuals and companies in order to sell the companys products and services and reach internal sales goals. This position will also contribute to developing and implementing sales strategies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Sales calls and increase sales of existing customers by selling additional products and gain new customers
• Soliciting new prospects via established customer lists and/or analysis of trade of professional materials
• Calling on prospective customers, providing technical and administrative product information and quoting appropriate customer prices
• Follow up on all quotes and opportunities (as entered into the CRM program, etc.)
• Executing sales programs and sales strategies
• Collaborate with management to install and monitor the progress of improvements and programs, like making sure all the reps are participating in the outbound calling programs
• Identify areas that need policy in place, report to management, help implement process once defined
• Direct questions to the proper department and follow-up when needed
• Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating and resolving customer complaints
• Performing other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)

• Associates degree in business or related field preferred
• Industrial sales, plastics experience a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos; ability to write business correspondences and set up contracts and function sheets
• Ability to professionally present promotional materials to prospective customers, and to effectively communicate and coordinate with all departments, and outside vendors
