LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking 2 Sales Support/Order Entry Specialist for one of our manufacturing clients located in the Lisle area. The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of Sales Support or Order Entry experience ideally in a manufacturing setting. The main responsibilities will be to assist the sales department with quotes, orders, bids, customer inquiries and problem resolution. Job Details:

• Support segment specific customer accounts
• Initiate quote requests to manufacturers and manufacturer reps
• Process orders and quotes (MS BC & AutoQuotes) within one business day when applicable
• General customer quote/order follow up, as needed
• Assist specific territory SR’s and/or manager with customer follow-up as required
• Update customer records in Business Central & CRM
• Manage relevant inbound calls promptly and make outbound calls as needed
• Add value to the customer and company by cross-selling and up-selling appropriate products
• With discretion and independent judgment, solve customer issues quickly and effectively
• Attend in-house training opportunities available year-round to assist in learning the industry
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed

Skills Required:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Clear and pleasant phone voice using appropriate diction
• Compose business letters, e-mails, and quotations free from errors
• Utilize basic math skills for business purpose
• Thorough understanding of customer relations, operations, marketplace, sales, and profitability
• Ability to diagnose customer problems and prescribe effective solutions
• Conscientious, organized, detail and result oriented
