Position Title: Inside Sales Specialist

Location: Rolling Meadows, IL

Salary: Up to $45K + Bonus

Position: Full time, Direct Hire

Language: English ( Japanese and/or Spanish Bilingual preferred)

Business Hour: 8:30AM - 5:30PM (1 hour lunch)

Travel: 0%

Position Responsibilities:

• The individual must accurately enter orders into the main operating system, send order acknowledgments to customers, send shipment instructions to our warehouse, check open orders, check product availability, provide tracking information, inform customer of estimate delivery dates, coordinate imports/domestic product with customer orders, answer phone calls, emails and faxes.
• Must create and file necessary documentation for the shipment of our products, to include SDS (Safety Data Sheet), Commercial Invoice and Packing Slip.
• Daily tasks also include overseeing the shipments from our warehouse and analyzing test results from our toll manufacturer and sending batch approval documentation including Certificate of Analysis and Specification Sheets.

This company is a subsidiary of a leading manufacturer for high end grease products as well as providing high quality control. It acts as a distributor of these products in North and South America. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager of the subsidiary.
