Erdman Constriction LLC is looking for a motivated and driven Roof Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects on a day to day basis.

Must be able to acquire own roof leads and handle fulfilling existing accounts, in house leads. Must be driven and following a daily work schedule to adequately ensure the satisfaction of their customers throughout all purchase levels.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Sell a variety of roofs, roof replacements, and repairs.
• Present, promote and sell roofing products/services to existing and prospective customers.
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
• Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.
• Must be able to climb latter's, and inspect roofs.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in business or sales (preferred)
• Technical training in roofing products and installation techniques
• Experience in sales or commission-based work (preferred)
• Experience in the insurance needs of roofing customers after a storm.
