Join our Pre-Owned Sales Team at Lincoln of Troy!

We are seeking a professional, experienced candidate in the areas of luxury vehicle sales to engage with our clients and deliver memorable, distinguished experiences.

PREVIOUS AUTO SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers and listening to their needs
• Using a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the needs of the customer
• Creating an exceptional vehicle delivery experience for the customer
• Following up with customer to ensure satisfaction
• Prospecting through referrals and other creative approaches
• Setting and achieving targeted sales goals
• Gaining superior product knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Transitioning customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience
• Providing an exemplary customer experience to drive loyalty

Job requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Desire to work with people in a fun, energetic environment
• Prior sales experience preferred
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Pre-employment background check/drug test

Pay: $37,874.80 - $90,000.00 per year
