Now Hiring - Sales Representative/Customer Service in Rock Island, IL

Sales/Customer Service Rep needed for well-established manufacturing company. Products include award ribbons, banners, advertising and pageant supplies. Customer base - County and State fairs, organizations and schools.

Responsibilities:

Managing a territory of current customers as well as prospecting new accounts.

Receiving and writing orders, provide product information to customers over the phone and by email.

Work independently and with other sales reps as a team, work with shop supervisors, office personnel, shipping and accounting departments.

Limited travel required for State Fair Conventions, must be able to set up display and work in a Trade Show.

Requirements:

Work in a fast-paced environment, ability to learn product knowledge, must have basic computer skills, command of the English language, both written and verbal, very detail oriented. Hours 8am to 4:30 pm. Sales and customer service experience is preferred.

Pay: $14.00 per hour
