94 Nissan of South Holland is looking to expand our sales team with sales consultants to serve our very large customer base. Are you bilingual? We need you, too!

Five day work week with a salary equal to experience plus commission and monthly bonus plan.

YOU MUST HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.

The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED (post high school education preferred), a proven sales performance record (in any industry), and a willingness to continuously prospect to sell a minimum quota on an ongoing basis. Effective oral and written skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.

*Helps customer with vehicle selection and promotes model options and features, value-add products and services, and purchase and finance options following dealership policies

*Negotiates sale closure in a clear, concise, and highly ethical fashion

*Conducts vehicle test drives and ensures all speed limits all other rules of the road are followed

*Maintains accurate sales documentation

*Facilitates delivery by providing a clear explanation of vehicle and features operation, warranty, and servicing requirements

*Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles, accessories, financing options, and promotions

*Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
