We are looking for a highly motivated, detail oriented individual with the ability to multi-task while providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience with adaptability and be comfortable in a fast paced environment. This position will be a central position in our Jewelry Loan department. Our mission is to provide the best pawnbroking experience to everyone who connects with us and we are looking for a new team member who can demonstrate that statement. Duties include:

• Jewelry evaluation
• Loan processing
• Data entry
• Cash transactions
• Friendly customer support - in person and over the phone
• Light cleaning

Requirements

• Must have general computer skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be authorized to work in U.S.
• Organized, with attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to multitask and be detail oriented
• Customer service experience a plus, but not required – ability to SMILE is a good start
• Basic math is needed - such as addition, subtraction, etc
• Ability and willingness to learn jewelry evaluation
• Resume must show a stable work experience
• Willing to undergo background check
