Cedarbrook Senior Living is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager for its Northville location.:

Responsibilities:

• Introduce guide and direct all sales and marketing efforts within the Community.

• Interface with all prospective residents and/or family members and turn those inquiries into residents of the Community.

• Prequalifies prospective residents.

• Responds to all customer requests for information.

• Assists with developing and executing external business and community relations marketing plan.

• Researches and maintains ongoing knowledge and reporting of local market competitors.

• Interacts with all inquiries, whether provided through advertising, public relations, referral, or personal contact, and is responsible to turn those inquiries into residents of the Community through professional selling skills.

• Keeps accurate records on all inquiries and potential residents in the CRM database.

• Proficient in problem solving and overcoming objectives.

• Assists and maintains inventory of all Sales and Marketing collateral materials within the assigned budget.

• Assists, organizes, and plans all internal and external Sales and Marketing events to promote the Community.

• Collaborates with all other Departments within the Community to promote and maintain census development.

• Maintains Corporate Core Values, Goals and Philosophies.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Marketing/Public Relations/Communications or related field

• 3 to 5 years proven successful Sales experience, Community Relations Marketing within a Senior Living Community preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM Systems
