Compensation: Metro by T-Mobile Wireless District Sales Manager for Spiked Wireless can make between $45,000-$50,000 plus commissions up to $3500.00 per month, plus full-time benefits!
Spiked Wireless, an authorized retailer for Metro by T-Mobile has an immediate opening for an experienced Metro by T-Mobile Wireless District Manager in the Kansas City Area. We are looking for someone who can successfully lead, coach, and motivate our retail locations team members. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless District Sales Manager, you will represent the Metro brand and ensure the best customer experience by developing your team’s skills and knowledge while holding team members accountable to our core mission and values. As a Metro by T-Mobile Wireless District Sales Manager for Spiked Wireless, your day-to-day activities will be:
- Manage the daily operations of a 5-10 Metro by T-Mobile retail locations
- Achieve store sales goals and service performance requirements
- Achieve personal sales goals and service performance requirements
- Foster a positive store culture for employees and customers
- Maintain adequate inventory levels and control inventory shrink
- Control cash shrink
- Complete accounting and paperwork associated with cash receipts, and prices and conducts physical inventories
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing Store Managers and Mobile Experts
- Coach your employees as necessary and in conformance with Company policies and procedures
- Lead weekly staff meetings to increase sales and product knowledge
- Analyze daily/weekly/monthly reporting and take appropriate actions to quickly close performance gaps
- Maintain training requirements for yourself and your team
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with your team members
- Resolve customer issues
- Assure that store operates in full compliance with Metro by T-Mobile and Company requirements for merchandising and other requirements
- Provide efficient, courteous customer service and assist in all aspects of product offerings and services
- Ensure an extraordinary customer experience
- Report to work on-site on a regular, predictable, and timely basis
- Work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays as needed

For the position of a Metro by- T-Mobile Wireless District Sales Manager Spike Wireless requires the following:
- Prior work experience: 3+ years of multi-unit sales management (preferably in wireless retail), team development, training, and proof of improving sales in a retail environment (preferred)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Must have reliable transportation and be willing to submit a Background Check.
- Professional, energetic, optimistic, confident and have a winning attitude.
- The ability to multi-task and work with other teammates.
- Enjoys helping others and is extremely friendly
- Has good decision-making skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Be coachable and willing to coach others
- Bilingual is a plus (Spanish)
- Must be at least 18 years of age, legally able to work in the United States, have reliable transportation, and is willing and able to undergo a background check.
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Speak Spanish and English fluently.
