Summary/Objective

The Decision Support Analyst supports the Strategy & Decision Support Department in analytical and data gathering activities. This position helps identify and drive profitable business activities. The primary responsibility of this position is to deliver information that is insightful, actionable and gainful which will add analytical value to the organization in order to achieve goals and objectives.

Position Pay Range (based on experience): $56,000 - $70,000

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications/Experience:

• Two plus years’ experience in Data Analysis
• Expert knowledge of analytical tools and the ability to process and identify opportunities by sourcing all available internal and external data
• Strong analytical, planning, organizational and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
• Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation
• Strong communication skills & professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce.com knowledge
• SQL knowledge
• Tableau
• Data Warehouse Management

Education/Certifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree required or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
