SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong communication skills with clients, internal partners, and teammates
• Comfortable on the phone with clients
• Organized with Great Time Management Skills
• Team Player and a Great Attitude!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answering calls from a dialer
• Qualifying and collecting basic client information
• Effectively transferring the call over to a tax professional to review the IRS fresh start program to resolve their back tax debt
• Manage high volume of calls daily and we look to send over as many as possible to the sales floor to generate sales.
• It is base plus commission and includes heavy incentives $$$$$$$

Salary: $18.00 - $45.00 per hour
