Greenbrier Development, a national developer of Continuing Care Retirement Communities seeks a Retirement Sales Counselor for their client in Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. St. Elizabeth Healthcare is a premier healthcare provider and is seeking a leader to introduce this amazing community to Northern Kentucky.

This provider seeks a capable professional to join the team of the sales office for this exciting endeavor. You will play a pivotal role in the future success of this growing community. The ability to meet with prospective residents, instill trust and get them enthused about this life-changing decision is critical.

It is also important to energetically prospect for qualified applicants through the community’s database of leads. We welcome those who would enjoy working with a top-notch team and possess a participative style to achieve occupancy and growth objectives. The qualified candidate for the Retirement Counselor position should have 5 years of experience in relational sales, the ability to inspire trust in prospective clients, team members and other stakeholders and be results-oriented. A drive for and a proven track record in sales over an extended period of time is necessary. Must be comfortable with Microsoft Office suite of products, especially Word and Excel. Experience with sales management (CRM) databases is essential. As this community continues to grow, this is an ideal opportunity for an outgoing individual who demonstrates initiative.
