Outside Sales

Sales team members are responsible for identifying, targeting and completing the sales process for new customers as well as providing customer care throughout the completion of the project. To be successeful you need to have a type A personality, self motivated, results driven and only view "no" as a stop sign. This posisition is about finding and aquiring new customers through consistent follow up and follow through. If you are not self motivated and need a lot of direction, please do not apply.

Training is provided. **PAY IS ESTIMATED BASED ON SALARY AND COMMISSIONS

Duties and Responsibilities

· Preparing sales proposal for current and future customers

· Performing CRM data entry

· Communicating with Operations Team Members on all aspects of upcoming jobs and coordinating with operations to ensure successful job completion

· Meeting monthly/quarterly sales goals

· Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

· Prospecting, marketing and promoting new business

· Follow up with potential clients throughout the sales process

· Work and communicate effectively with customers and team members

Skills

· Excellent communication skills - both written and oral

· Supremely organized and efficient; able to manage multiple priorities in an efficient and positive manner

· High attention to detail; possess a good memory for remembering data and details

· Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

· Advanced computer and typing skills

· Enjoys fast-paced, deadline-oriented job environment

Requirements

· Ability to work weekends, evenings and some holidays

· Proven closing/negotiation skills

· Strong communication skills - verbal and written

· Creative problem-solving skills

· Strong background in prospecting

· Proactive follow up with prospective customers

· Follow through with commitments

· Energetic and enthusiastic

· Strong organizational skills

· Experience with new media a plus, especially YouTube and Tik Tok

· Sales Experience – Preferred

· Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
