Internet Leads Specialist

Do you love sales? Want to sell fun and relaxation to homeowners across Massachusetts and New Hampshire? St. Cyr Pool & Spa is looking for an internet leads specialist to join our sales team and help us reach the next level.

In this role you will be reaching out to customers who have expressed interest through our website or other lead generation channels in a new hot tub or swimming pool. Your goal is to get in touch with incoming leads quickly, find out their wants and needs so you can set them up for a showroom appointment with our inside sales teams across 3 local stores.

This is perfect for outgoing, great communicators with strong phone, text and email skills. You will receive leads into our sales CRM and be asked to make contact either by phone, text or email and drive those prospects to our showroom or sometimes give screen to screen virtual product presentations. If local and working in-office this can lead to a role as an inside sales rep selling on the floor as well.

No experience in pools or hot tubs is required but previous sales experience managing leads is preferred.

• Great communication skills
• Motivated self starter mentality
• CRM based sales management in; Salesforce, Hubspot, Sharpspring, ETC.
• Technically savvy and ability to learn new softwares and digital tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple leads at one time
• Provide excellent customer service

Job Responsibilities:

• Immediately follow up with new incoming leads by phone, text, and email
• Track leads thoroughly in our Sharpspring sales CRM
• Follow our 30 day lead follow up process to completion on every lead
• Schedule showroom appointments with prospects you reach
• Constantly train on hot tubs, swim spas and pools offered at our stores to develop deep product knowledge
• Attend virtual and in person manufactures sales training
• Stay up to date on all current promotions
• Present management and ownership with reports monthly

Compensation:

This is an hourly plus commission position. Spiffs are paid on appointments set, and closed sales. Benefits available after waiting period: Health, dental, 401K with match and PTO. - In office to start can lead to hybrid remote after training and waiting period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $37,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
