Job Description
Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Act as the global system administratorbusiness platform owner for Motorola Solutions39; Oracle based Incentive compensation tool OIC for all global business regions in support of the sales and sales support employees that are on Motorolas Sales Incentive Plans SIP
Act as the OIC platform owner, and global Project Manager for 1 all technical roadmap improvements to the OIC tool, and the other systems and tools it is integrated with, and 2 all required design changes in the OIC compensation toolsystem, in order to reflect changes in business strategy or organization. 3 technical support of the regional SIP administrators that use the OIC tool
Interact with, and comanage, 3rd party technical resources, if required, to meet business requirements for the OIC platform
Proficiency and experience in the design & oversight of sales compensation plans, and sales crediting rules, in the Oracle environment preferred but not required
Comanage all elements of sales compensation planning, administration, field support, & quarterly processing of incentive payments for a subset of the North America sales organization and act as a liaison to the field for any incentive related questions
Coordinate, validate, and gather all relevant business goals results from work partners in Sales Operations, Finance, and HR to efficiently and accurately pay all Sales incentives
Provide timely and relevant customized reporting, metrics, and analysis to senior sales leaders and the director of sales compensation; Robust statistical analytical skills a plus but not required
Responsible for ensuring all business Governance & Audit guidelines on SIP design are consistently followed and implemented in OIC for all incentive participants
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
243; years if experience in one or more of the following Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Finance
243; years of system administrator experience with Oracle Incentive Compensation OIC tool, part of the Oracle Fusion Sales Cloud product; If no OIC experience, have an understanding of how to effectively manage any type of Oracle based business tools
Business experience and knowledge of sales compensation design, administration, and processing preferred, but not required
Ability to successfully adapt and perform in a rapidly changing, fast paced business environment; Effective communications skills across all levels of the organization, and strong analytical capabilities a must
This position can be remotely based in the United States, or at the Motorola Solutions North America Sales HQ in Chicago, IL.
