JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains managerial oversight for all departments (personal trainers, Kid’s Club, front desk personnel, Team Training and GroupX) and communicates regularly with manager regarding the performance of each department
• Understands the company’s core values and overall culture of the business, leading by example and holding all employees accountable to our mission
• Schedules all employees to ensure the club is staffed properly to hit their goals while staying within the parameters of the payroll budgets
• Effectively manages and communicates policies and procedures and makes sure they are being enforced
• Creates a positive and healthy workplace that fosters constant and never-ending improvement
• Arranges meetings with staff to provide a coaching session and a progress improvement plan
• Proactively manages and ensures resolution of member concerns and complaints
• Drives monthly and yearly financial performance of the club
• Commits themselves to delivering excellent member service
• Oversees and ensures cleanliness of the club and equipment
