ROCHE BOBOIS, world leader in the premium / luxury furniture business with 260+ showrooms in more than 60 countries. We are soon going to be opening our new showroom in Denver in March 2023 and are looking for great Sales & Design Consultant to join our new team!

Job Title: Sales & Design Consultant

Supervisor: Showroom Manager

Location: Opening new showroom in March 2023 at 105 Fillmore St Denver, CO

Requirement: AUTOCAD, Photoshop, 20/20 knowledge is a plus Experience in the Furniture and high-end luxury retail Industry

Schedule: 5 days a week incl Saturday and Sunday to rotate from 10:00am to
6:00pm

Job Description

Sales

• To welcome and greet customers
• To learn the Roche Bobois collections and be able to present them to our clients
• To know and apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick ship stock references, samples, pricing..)
• To use our 3D software company tools when for projects;
• To follow up with leads in a professional manner;
• To be on house calls when required.

Factory Purchases Follow Up

• To place purchase orders to our factories and be in charge of their follow up
• To provide updates to clients when needed

Customer's Service

• To coordinate with the customer service department the resolution of potential issues with our customers
• To be service oriented and follow up with clients regarding their service requests

Merchandising

• To update the store tagging (Prices, special promotion)
• Marketing store tools when needed
• To assist in the preparation of the settings of the showroom upon corporate policies and under the supervision of the store manager;
• To report any store improvement needed to the store manager and assist on its resolution

Required Skills

• Customer service oriented, organized with great communication skills
• Motivation to work in a sales environment
• Strong Interest in the furniture business
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Interior Designer certification a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
