Position Summary:

We are a provider of high-quality fluid flow products serving many markets including semiconductor, life sciences and general industry. The fluid solutions sales specialist is responsible for account management and increasing revenue within our customer base and accountable for collaborative sales goals and sales plan development and execution. He or she proactively with our sales team and related support departments to ensure growth objectives are met or exceeded.

Position Requirements:

• Cultivate relationships with customers to accomplish revenue growth and long-term company objectives
• Gain comprehensive technical knowledge of both Swagelok and competitive products and customer applications
• Must display proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Discover new applications for our products and services and qualify opportunities for growth
• Create and implement a sales action plan with objectives and strategies to increase revenue
• Secure Swagelok product specifications to maintain and increase revenue by prioritizing sales opportunities on an account-by-account basis
• Meet associate development requirements
• Investigate competitive activity in the marketplace and provides reports on a regular basis
• Develop sales documentation including but not limited to spreadsheets, correspondence, sales proposals, presentations, and internal paperwork for customer proposals and presentations collaboratively with Sales Manager and Marketing
• Research our customers’ capabilities, procurement process, objectives, and purpose to better position Swagelok in the market

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Industrial Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
• process instrumentation: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
