The Inventory Account Liaison is a hybrid role that will focus on inventory management / recovery and will also be given some accounts to manage. The main focus of the Inventory Account Liaison will be to build strong relationships in skilled nursing facilities, within the greater Chicago area, and coordinate walkthroughs to recover missing equipment. We are looking for someone that is incredibly organized, can be efficient with prioritizing their schedule, and can effectively communicate updates to the respective internal departments.
When managing accounts, this role will be the main point of contact and will perform in-service training / education for all of Integra’s product lines and online ordering systems, assist with new staff training, help resolve any concerns in real – time, routinely touch base to maintain excellent lines of communication between organizations, conduct quarterly business reviews, and collaborate with each account to meet objectives and to ensure a high level of service remains a top priority.
Main Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key contacts, and influencers, within accounts.
- Coordinate walkthroughs with facilities to recover missing equipment. Once found, missing equipment may be picked up by the Inventory Account Liaison or a pickup may be scheduled with our Customer Service team.
- Updating the Customer Service team, of walkthrough findings, to ensure equipment is billing correctly and updated in our system.
- Attending scheduled meetings and training when requested by management on topics that include but are not limited to providing accounts with in-service education on new and existing products as needed, reimbursement, and marketing.
- Work with current customers to identify needs and informing them how Integra’s weekly reports are essential in providing transparency and helping our customers be more efficient with their equipment rental program.
- Work closely with internal departments (billing, customer service, operations team, etc.) to provide excellent service to our clients.
Primary Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare industry experience
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License with mostly clean record for 3 years
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the clients’ locations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask.
- Highly driven individual.
- Great interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform with the highest quality standard set forth by the company, the industry, and the profession.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Must have strong computer skills – Excel, Outlook, and Word.
