Sales Associate with Medical Experience

$18.00 an hour.

Sun Medical is a well-known and reputable medical equipment and supply company with locations in Birmingham and Washington, MI.

We are recruiting for a skilled sales associate with exemplary customer service skills, insurance verification knowledge, and retail sales experience to drive medical equipment sales at our store in Birmingham, MI.

Responsibilities:

· Assist customers in all aspects of medical equipment service fulfillment by demonstrating proficient use of devices and applications

· Maintain the store’s home medical equipment and supply inventory

· Run medical insurance verification on products sold

· Perform sales support functions and process customer transactions through the Brightree POS system with accuracy

· Build strong customer relationships

· Organize, straighten, and restock merchandise

· Perform additional duties as requested

Requirements:

· Must Pass a Criminal Background Check (Required)

· Must be eligible to work in the United States (Required)

· Experience in insurance verification and knowledgeable with medical equipment

· Must be willing to work weekdays and up to two Saturdays per month

· Full and part time positions available
