Beverly Athletic Club has been chosen the area's best health club the past 20 years because of its great staff, programs and facilities! We strive to improve lives through health and fitness and have many raving fans!

With two locations in Beverly, the BAC has been one of the most successful health clubs on the North Shore. Our mission at the BAC is to deliver the best exercise, nutrition and wellness programs we can in a great state of the art health club.

We are now seeking to add a membership sales consultant who is passionate about fitness, health and wellness. The hours we are currently hiring for include 2 evenings from 4:00-9:00 as well as Sunday daytime hours. Additional hours may be available if looking for full time employment. This is a great opportunity for personal trainers as well.

Job responsibilities include:

• Greeting members and guests and checking them into the club.
• Handling membership sales inquiries and booking appointments to come visit the facility.
• Touring club facilities with prospective members and providing information to prospective members regarding club facilities, programs and memberships Reviewing membership and programs offerings and finding the best option
• Closing sales and integrating new members into programs and or club orientations
• Prospecting for new members using lead generation activities both through internal and external efforts
• Working as part of a team to promote Beverly Athletic Club's offerings to membership base, corporate accounts and community.
• Building and maintaining of a strong referral business within the club
• Maintaining highest level of professional ethics and compliance with all club rules, policies, safety procedures and regulations

Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
