Automotive General Manager Responsibilities:

• Provides enthusiastic and effective leadership to develop highly productive and loyal employees
• Develops marketing strategies and advertising programs
• Resolves any customer complaints
• Plans dealership operations for the coming year
• Review monthly and annual dealership forecasts

Automotive General Manager Qualified:

• Automotive dealership experience required
• Some level of managerial / supervisory experience (Automotive Sales Manager, F&I Manager and/or Used Car Manager is preferred)
• Ability to set and achieve goals
• Demonstrated leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Valid Driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• automotive dealership: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• English and Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Drivers License (Preferred)
