The Eastern States region has a wonderful opportunity for a Region Sr. Corporate Relations Account Director. The Sr. Corporate Relations Director will lead all aspects of Corporate Relations strategy, training, and execution, with a focus on Life Is Why Consumer campaigns and Regional Corporate Sponsorships. You will report to the Region SVP, Development & Community Health Actions. This is a remote position preferably within the Eastern States region and allowing for cost effective and efficient travel within the region (Virginia to Maine). In this role, you will be responsible for developing strategic business relationships focused on retail, B2C, and CPG to secure funding for the Heart Association's mission and organizational priorities. Responsible for building a strong portfolio of accounts to achieve annual revenue targets, as well as meeting and exceeding strategic objectives. This team member will be at the helm of one of our most meaningful campaigns for the organization and is responsible for the success, growth and evolution of this growing revenue stream. This leader will direct our efforts regionally through campaign management and oversight, the creation and execution of the sales strategy, product and campaign development and management of accounts. In addition, this team member will work directly with regional and market leadership and inspire staff and volunteers across the country to ensure the campaign continues to gain supporters and visibility.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Duties:
- Working with others, manage and grow the organizations top consumer campaigns
- Provide excellent campaign analysis that uses lead indicators and data to drive performance
- Build and Lead to the playbook for success for consumer campaigns with a focus on building relationships with C-Suite leadership, community leaders, and major funders.
- Drive regional relationships and partnerships with Fortune 1000 companies
- Monitor and analyze external and internal trends and data to develop benchmarks, standard methodologies, priorities and focus areas
- Work with internal and external partners to develop strategies to significantly increase AHA’s revenue and impact
- Work directly with top markets in driving pipelines, execution, and stewardship of campaign participants
- Provide formal feedback to regional senior leadership on opportunities and challenges
- Drives adoption of innovation and new revenue strategies
- Responsible for building six and seven figure consumer campaign opportunities
- Heavy focus on Life is Why consumer campaigns and corporate sponsorships with 6-figure plus potential and holding an active portfolio for anchor supporters (those with 7- figure+ capacity)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Five (5) years of experience in negotiation and solution oriented problem-solving with large corporate sponsors/businesses
- Five (5) years of experience developing and delivering presentations to both large and small groups
- Three (3) years of consulting and interacting with C Suite executives
- Three (3) years of experience in sales greater than $500,000+ Three (3) years of experience in contract negotiation and non-profit fundraising execution
Compensation & Benefits
Expected pay range will be $80,000 to $110,0000. Pay is commensurate with experience; geographic differentials to the pay range may apply. This position is incentive eligible based on achieving certain targets.
