Territory Sales Manager
Our Client is a leading provider of behavioral health and telepsychiatry services to help support emergency departments, outpatient clinics and health systems, nationally. This client is looking for purpose-driven individuals that truly care about the importance of mental health access in our nation.
Compensation:
$75,000 + uncapped bonus

Position Summary:
Your primary responsibility is to build revenue through the targeting of prospective partners. You will plan and execute on your own sales strategy that includes lead generation, qualifying your pipeline, obtaining scheduled sit-downs to present mental health solutions for their hospital, outpatient clinic or health system. You’ll initiate and maintain strong client partnerships through strategic conversations at all levels (primarily C-Suite) while ensuring successful onboarding of new facilities.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Minimum 2-5 years of selling to hospitals or health systems
- Direct experience with behavioral health facilities is a plus
- Entrepreneurial attitude with strong sense of urgency
- Up to 50% travel
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (with acceptable driving record)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated strong organization, time-management and reporting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills in microsoft office and/or G-suite
- Quantitative and problem solving thought processes
