This role reports directly to the President of the company. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator who has a knack for building relationships. You are the driving force behind new and ongoing sales opportunities — directly impacting our growth and success. Provide superior customer service, placing heavy importance on brand experience and customer engagement/satisfaction. Learn customers’ needs and wants and personalize purchase opportunities to address them. Work as a team player, upholding company policies in all aspects of customer service and contributing to a positive working environment. Responsibilities:

• Meet sales projections, generate ongoing sales opportunities, and achieve company and individual KPI goals

• Maintain updated knowledge on current products, and pricing

• Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company's reach

• Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs

• Ensure that company quotas are met by holding weekly check-ins with management to set objectives and monitor progress

• Other duties and tasks, as assigned periodically

Required Attributes:

• Effective communicator, both written and verbal

• Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing

• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time

• Creative problem solver

• Positive vision with emphasis on improving all aspects of the business

Education, and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications preferred

• 5 years of experience in sales

• Proficient with MS Office (in-depth knowledge of Excel & Outlook

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
