SPR Therapeutics, in the Cleveland area, is a fast-growing medical device company specializing in pain management through non-narcotic means. We are currently seeking a Sales and Customer Support Associate who can communicate with confidence and react quickly in support of both customers and our sales team.

Responsibilities :

• Accurate, efficient and timely management of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tool
• Assists sales team in lead creation and account management
• Supports sales team by recording patient procedure and follow-up data
• Assists with new account set up and administration
• Assists in management and order fulfillment process including inventory management and order processing
• Manages company documents required for Hospital Credentialing
• Assists Marketing with generating and distributing attendee lists for trade shows and other events
• Coordinates with Sales Reps after events to assist with follow up for new and existing leads/contacts

Requirements :

• 4-year college degree strongly preferred (Marketing, Communications, Business, Health Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biology .)
• Prefer some experience in Sales/Customer Support role but will consider driven, recent graduate with demonstrated confidence and assertiveness.
• Detail-oriented with high competency for identifying trends, detecting errors, and problem solving in a regulated industry.
• Ability to organize, self-prioritize, and be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment with demanding internal and external customers.
