This is a long-term, salary + commission position.

Our Licensed Agents work with our clients to identify their unique situation and needs and help choose insurance plans that suit them from 20+ local, regional, and national carriers. We believe in investing in our team and helping them to achieve a career in insurance. You will have the opportunity to grow within the company and encourage you to do so.

This is a very busy office and requires a dedicated, driven, goal-oriented personality. You must be detail-oriented and do what's best for the customer.

• P&C Licensure
• Proven working experience in customer service in an office setting
• Must have incredible phone etiquette and people skills
• You must know Windows based computers, Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc…
• Proven ability to work with goals
• Must have a positive attitude and always put the customer first

Qualifications and Skills

Must have graduated High School and have strong grammar skills

Must have at least 5 years of prior customer service experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: base salary (experienced based) + commission

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Network with potential customers
• Educate customers on each type of insurance coverage and make recommendations based on their needs
• Evaluate current insurance policies and recommend additional coverage when needed

· Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way

• Solicit and close sales and underwrite policies for clients, completing applications accurately
• Work with internal supervisors, managers, training staff, and customer service representatives
• Promote the insurance agency to customers who need insurance
• Successfully meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
