Wise Snacks is seeking a District Sales Manager in Pittsburgh, PA. The primary purpose of this role is to develop a Sales team (both Employees or Independent Distributors) that ensure execution in the different channels in their territory according to Wise standards and performance expectations as well as ensuring growth on territory profitability. With an overall goal to increase sales and profits:

You'll develop the Sales Force

• Train Sales team on Wise Execution Standards
• Train the proper methods of merchandising
• Teach the execution of planograms
• Develop Customer based relationship
• Communicate on time and properly: Promotions, New Products and sales incentives

You'll ensure Executions Standards on all stores

• Maximize the use of space to increase sales
• Seek and secure all opportunities for incremental sales
• Show the proper use of POS to drive sales
• Ensure servicing the stores accordingly to their sales to eliminate Out of Stock

You'll ensure growth in a profitable way.

• Ensure each route has enough stores to be sustainable
• Growth routes in order to split off and have new routes to increase service and sales
• Intelligent and tactical use of discounts for customer and jobber to maximize sales
• Set up and manage a route to reduce cost: RTM, Time Management, Educate on Good business practices

MINIMALLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES have the following:

• 2 years in DSD (Direct Store Delivery) sales experience
• 1 year managerial experience (i.e. merchandisers)
• Good numerical skills.
• Prior supermarket sales experience
• Microsoft Office experience.

IDEAL CANDIDATES also have the following:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Prior food or salty snack industry experience.
• +3 years managerial experience.
• +5 years Customer Service Industry
• +5 Years' experience with supermarket channel.
