Full description of the position

Territory Manager - Temperature Management

  • One of 3 new positions responsible for sales of medical devices that control patient's temperature, this for the Central US (also East and Western US positions open). Home location is flexible,
  • Call on existing and potential customers to introduce, demonstrate, and sell Belmont’s Temperature Management products.
  • Partner with Territory Managers within your sales territory to support Belmont’s Temperature Management sales efforts.
  • Implement and achieve quarterly and yearly sales plan.
  • Provide customer training on Belmont’s Temperature Management product lines.
  • Qualify potential customers.
  • Maintain expert level of knowledge regarding Belmont’s and competitive product lines.
  • Attend trade shows.
  • Complete expense reports and other administrative duties as assigned.
  • Provide field intelligence on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing as well as input on customer preferences and product features.
  • Cost-effectively manage time and assets.
  • Maintain professional presence and poise.

This is a salaried exempt position requiring a B.S. Degree with at least two years of experience in capital medical equipment sales. Knowledge of operating room, Anesthesia, ICU, ED/Trauma with proven success selling Temperature Management equipment is strongly preferred. An equivalent amount of education and experience may be considered.

An expert level of knowledge is required in:

  • Sales, Negotiation, and Service
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Organizational and Technical Skills Must be able to lift heavy equipment, weighing 30 to 70 pounds, and have a valid driver’s license. Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 within 35 days of your hire date. This job requires the ability to communicate readily with high profile physicians, purchasing, administration and technical personnel.
  • This is a field-based position requiring extensive travel.
