We are Jaeckle Distributors, a Wisconsin based business to business flooring and surfacing Distribution Company and we have a rare opening for an A&D Focused Territory Sales Manager. This position specializes in working with Architects, Designers and commercial customers to promote Jaeckle’s products to be used in building projects and it will be based in Omaha, NE or close proximity.

HOW do I add value to the company?
- Develop relationships with all key influencers in the design and construction process throughout the architect and design community.
- Develop detailed knowledge of Jaeckle Distributors commercial products and services.
- Represent and promote commercial products as solutions. Keep the resource libraries updated with samples and ensure they are accessible.
- Focus on consultative selling and becoming a credible and trusted resource for the contacts you serve.
- Document and follow project opportunities through Jaeckle’s Architect and Project CRM system.
- Understand Jaeckle systems, processes, analytics, culture, and other resources available to help you excel in your performance.
WHAT do I need to be a success?
- Experience in outside commercial sales or architectural/design experience.
- Ability to plan and work independently making good business judgments with good analytical, organizational, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and keep effective documentation regarding project statuses and progress.
- Great communication skills – verbal, written, presentation and electronic. These skills are critical to provide a high level of service to internal and external customers.
- Work with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through.
- Think “outside the box” to meet customer needs and develop new opportunities.
- Live in the area served, with the ability to travel within the region to call on clients.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
