JOB DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

• Provide top notch customer service to existing agency clients. Typical tasks would include processing policy changes, generating and providing proof of insurance, and working with clients to address areas of concern.
• Process and direct incoming calls
• Claims support and processing
• Billing support

• Assisting in compliance issues for the various insurance carriers the agency deals with.
• Creating quotations and proposals for new business opportunities.
• Maintaining various databases and lists necessary to the business including Salesforce.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Strong computer skills - proficient in Microsoft office products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy/quality, detail-oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a customer service focus and the ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment.
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must either have or be willing to get Property and Casualty Insurance License. (Help is available for the right candidate.)
• Some college preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 per year
