StB Freight Group is currently seeking highly motivated sales professionals with a proven track record of successfully selling within the freight brokerage industry. For these individuals to be successful, it is imperative that they have a history of excelling in sales, customer service, and overall attention to detail. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who has a strong sense of self-motivation, a desire to be the best, and always operate in an ethical manner.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect potential accounts - Mutiple lead services provided.
• Formulate and provide freight rates to clients.
• Resolve transportation related issues.
• Confirm all vendors are timely, professional, and adhere to our policies governing customer quality of service.
• Confirm accurate information is entered into our applications and that the sales cycle is complete from load tender to revenue collection.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to confirm that all required processes are adhered too.

Qualifications:

• Honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Minimum 1 years of logistics sales experience
• Basic understanding of how to analyze freight markets.
• Proven track record of successfully managing professional relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
