The Big Task

You will make outbound calls on HVAC service invoices and leads that were not sold in the field and do whatever is necessary to achieve department sales goals.

Key Sub-Tasks

• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals over the phone
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services
• Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional
• Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information
• Get potential customers excited about the company and encourage them to spread the word

Knowledge of HVAC products and services is required for this position.

Salary: This position is commission based and uncapped. Experienced candidates for this role can expect to earn between $60-80k per year, with top performers earning $80k+.
