Expanding Cleveland-Based Logistics Courier Delivery company, looking for a customer service and inbound sales representative. Located in Cleveland, Ohio, our courier service specializes in nationwide rush deliveries with services that include: rush package delivery, medical courier services, legal courier services and same-day freight delivery.

We are seeking a customer service and inbound sales representative. Looking for a driven, responsible, self motivated individual who excels in a customer centric environment. Providing job training and development with an option for partial work from home after your training period.

Responsibilities:

• Taking and facilitating new delivery orders, utilizing an order system and following step by step process that is in place
• Following up with customers via phone and email
• Must have good verbal and written communication skills
• Providing Customer Service to existing customers, including updates on the current delivery orders
• No Cold Calling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
