Elite Insurance Partners, a leading top 5 Medicare Insurance Brokerage, is looking to build out their life insurance department. The Life Insurance Sales Manager will first be responsible for selling life insurance to existing clients as an add-on. By doing so, you will learn and build out the processes that will enable you to build a top performing team. Once details are fine-tuned, in collaboration with the recruiting department, you will help to recruit and hire to build out the life insurance team. As an integral part of this growth, this individual will work closely with C-Suite to establish KPIs and goals for the department while overseeing the team members’ training. The ideal candidate for this role has a proven leadership track record, is a highly driven and performing salesperson with a burning desire to win.
In this role, you will:
- Speak with current clients about their life insurance needs, to add on to existing policies and effectively select appropriate kinds of insurance solutions designed to meet their specific requirements.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service to the clients. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, and policy changes.
- Expand your personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development.
- Achieve sales goals in the effort to build out processes for working with existing clients to add life insurance.
- Develop KPI and goals for the development of the life insurance department.
- Make data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
- Recruit, hire, and assist in the training of the department.
- Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.
- Uphold company ethics standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma (or Equivalent)
- 2-15 Life and Health license (must have currently)
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Self-motivated
- Ability to make presentations to potential customers

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
