Full description of the position
- Represents a balanced sales effort for range of software products and services knowledge and selling skills.
- Owning and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong and long-lasting account management / customer relationships.
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Effectively communicate the values proposition through proposals and presentations
- Drafting detailed and accurate sales reports
- Estimating sales volume and profit for current and new products.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Understands customer’s decision-making process, goals, objectives and strategies.
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Should have strong account engagement skills
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting and exceeding targets in software product sales
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Demonstrate experience as head of sales, developing client focussed, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excelling verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing / Business Administration and relevant field
- Minimum 10-12 years BD/ Sales in software and IT Services
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
