Now Hiring - Territory Manager in South Bend, IN

Midwest Equipment and Supply Company, Inc., a well-established multiple line premium outdoor power equipment distributor, is seeking a motivated Territory Manager for Northern Indiana. Candidates must currently live in the territory.

The Territory Manger will be responsible for achieving sales and business objectives in an assigned territory by calling on established outdoor power equipment dealers and new prospects. The right candidate will enjoy spending time in the field demonstrating commercial lawn equipment to qualified end-user prospects. Development of existing Dealers and obtaining new qualified Dealers will be instrumental to success in this position. Dealer support and communication is critical as well as communication with our company is expected and highly regarded as a key to growth.

Job duties include:

Strong organizational skills. Computer knowledge and use of Outlook, Excel and Word is required. Qualified candidates must possess the ability to travel throughout the territory and spend nights out. Possess the ability to effectively promote sales and marketing programs to our dealer base and prospective dealers. Possess and continue education in the power equipment industry. Effective demonstration skills, product and sales training, inventory management and developing long term customer relationships are required. This position requires the ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screenings. Candidate must stay compliant with DOT requirements and safe operation with our pickup truck and trailer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
