The average Retail Sales Associate within this area is making a base + commission * UP TO $16.06 per hour!

Full time Retail Sales Associate within this area make a base rate UP TO $14.00 per hour (based on previous experience and applicable skills).
The average hourly commission rate for this area after one-year of service is $2.06
