We seek an experienced, outgoing, highly motivated Outside Sales Representative with impeccable people skills, to fill an immediate opening on our growth-oriented team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following.

• Travel throughout assigned territory to meet prospective customers to discuss needs

• Visit with current customers to assess service levels and identify areas of opportunities

• Meet all sales goals and metrics, including documentation via Applicant Tracking System

• Building relationships with current customers and industry professionals

• Developing existing accounts and promote growth

• Customer contact must be developed and maintained at all levels

• Prospecting for new clients

• Cold calling and lead generation skills required

• Initiate contact with clients and create proposals tailored to fit their needs

• Upsell and educate client on market analysis to influence their purchasing habits

• Consulting with customers, ascertaining their needs and answering their questions

• Experience selling intangibles is preferred

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 2 years of successful & documentable outside sales

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
