JOB RELATED TRAINING COURSES, LICENSING AND PROGRAMS___________

• Successfully complete and maintain all state, federal and State Farm requirements - - including licensing - to market and service designated State Farm auto products and services
• Remain current in all auto product changes and technical developments, and participate in company and industry training sessions as required
• Complete training as required, including Compliance and Information Security Awareness
• Remain current in all Continuing Education (CE) courses as required

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_______________________________________________

• Maintain licenses to market State Farm products, as requested
• Assist in developing an auto marketing plan for the agency
• Contact prospects and current policyholders to generate interest in appointments
• Create and facilitate auto product presentations to potential and existing clients
• Conduct needs based marketing interviews
• Utilize agency and State Farm computer applications, as required and available
• Accurately prepare forms, policies, endorsements when required
• Follow up with customers and keep the agent informed
• Provide prompt, professional customer service
• Participate in training and team meetings as requested

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
