First year salesperson $60k

3 + years experience $140k plus

Responsibilities - Sales Associate:

• Greet customers and identify there wants and needs for vehicle selection
• Explain/demonstrate features on dynamic test drives
• Lead customers through the selling steps that close deals
• Present pricing and explain financing options
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Prospect for new customers

Qualifications - Sales Associate:

• Automotive sales/Import division experience preferred but not required
• Sales experience in any industry is welcome
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Professional appearance and a positive attitude
• Valid driver's license
