RESPONSIBILITES:

• Must be able to be well versed in Sales and Objection Handling by selling the benefits of Wax Passes to all prospective guests.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with all guests.
• Has the ability to work in a fun, fast paced environment with excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Daily management of the reservation book through a software platform.
• A professional demeanor at all times
• A team player mentality with the ability to work well with co-workers and members of the management team.
• Able to keep an organized, well-maintained, clean environment at all times.
• Flexible full-time availability for weekdays, evenings, and weekends
• A goal-oriented mentality with the ability to take initiative.
