• Ability to connect via phone, email, and text to convert our buyer prospects into buyers who are ready, willing, and able to buy!
• Set qualified appointments.
• Quick response times to our clients.
• Fielding inbound calls as well as making outbound calls.
• Multi-task in an environment where speed, preciseness, and positive attitude are a must.
• Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• Have a positive, learning based mindset.
• Team oriented and the ability to work independently with good problem-solving skills.

Qualifications for this position are:

• Current Ohio Real Estate License or the ability to obtain a license.
• Display a people oriented, positive and customer focused attitude.
• Familiarity of the area real estate market.
• Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Customer service or real estate sales background preferred.

Compensation:

• This is up to you…the sky is the limit on earnings. As an independent contractor you are paid when you sell a home. The more homes sold; the more money made.
