JOB DESCRIPTION / SUMMARY:
Summit Home Care is searching for a dedicated full-time Community Sales Professional to join our team for the Greater Cincinnati and surrounding areas! The position comes with a competitive pay and benefits package!
Job Title/Position: Community Sales Liaison Reports to: Director of Sales
Hours / Shift Schedule: FULL TIME Basis
Benefits – 401K Program - After 6 months, Summit Home Care will match 4% if the employee contributes 5% or above.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- College Degree Preferred (Minimum of associate)
- 3+ years Previous Home Care Sales and/or Marketing experience
- Willing to Travel to Various Facilities and Events
- Experience in home health care, durable medical equipment, or skilled nursing facility preferred
- Ability to build rapport with Elderly/Senior clients and account management
- Deadline and detail-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player
- Dynamic & Determined
- Energetic and Motivated personality
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills
- Interested in learning, with an eye toward personal improvement
- Intuitive, good listener, strong communicator, solution oriented, driven

- Process-oriented, results-driven, and able to learn and utilize our Internet-based client management software [please apply online] when working with remote families and Caregivers in a structured environment

The Community Liaison will be responsible for:
· Actively educating hospital and physician staff in programs and services
· Assisting in the development of strategies to educate ICM staff and physicians regarding clinical programs, as well as conducting an annual review of clinical assessment skills for each RN/LPN
· Attending community networking events to create additional business relationships
· Consistently securing new referrals, and contacting potential customers and physicians regarding our services
· Expanding Summit Home Care Network through networking with prospective referral sources and partnerships/ Fielding referral calls and discussing opportunities
o Schedule meetings with new physician offices and skilled nursing facilities to explain how our services provide world-class customer service
o Schedule regular visits (bi-weekly or monthly) to existing, emerging/potential physicians
o Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
· Communication of new programs and home care services to hospitals, physicians, staff, and patients.
· Creating sales material to present to customers
· Deliver promotional and marketing materials and service items
· Executing strategies identified as priorities by the organization
· Facilitate coordination of services/resources necessary to support physicians, patients, caregivers, and community
· Identifying and coordinating services for home care including durable medical equipment and infusion
· Keep up with trends in the industry and identifying new opportunities
· Learn how to use the online Well Sky System / Summit University material
· Maintain and expand relationships with industry partners, updating working leads list
· Meet with case managers and social workers to discuss opportunities to partner together with referrals
· Perform prospect visits to physician offices, hospitals, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities to educate and inform potential clients
· Resolving customer inquiries and complaints
· Reaching agreed upon sales target deadlines (Meeting quarterly goals!)
· Regularly meeting with liaison team and leadership team regarding new business plans and updates
· Shadowing each liaison team member in the office and in the field
Ensuring services are arranged for patients requiring home care services, durable medical equipment and infusion
· Talking with prospects and families about their needs and discuss options
