Job Description

We are located in Charlotte and hiring for our Charlotte office location only. Where other companies hire to provide jobs to individuals, we hire to change people’s lives. We offer a great opportunity (Salary and Commission). Consistent monthly bonus on top of hourly rate. We start anywhere from $11.00 to $14.00 per hour base plus 25% commission once your over goal. Example $10,000 x 25%=$2,500 in commission. Applicants must be energetic, motivated and able to take and follow instruction. Experience is not needed, but drive is. Applicants must have basic knowledge how to use computers and basic software applications. Also be able to make 175 out bound calls per day as well take incoming calls. This is a collections/sales/financial services based call center position so applicants must be able to negotiate. We will train you on how to be successful from the start.

No prior experience needed to be hired, however previous sales or negotiating skills will be viewed as a plus. We have excellent training and as long as you're coach-able and willing to learn, then we can help you be successful! Based on their inquiries you will talk with consumers via phone advise of consequential information as well as offer them financial solutions that meet their goals as well as company goals

You will learn how to succeed in a flourishing industry, build financial service and customer service techniques as well as sales tools

Work with consumers in regards to all collections activity on consumer accounts.

You will educate consumers on the terms and conditions of their loan to ensure a clear understanding and manage collections activities

You will comply with company guidelines and procedures
